We know, as dance teachers we are all a little anxious as we set forth into the unknown of this year. And while the landscape may look a little different from dance studio to dance studio, what remains is the dedication, perseverance and commitment you each have to your students. So, we gathered some of our Dance Teacher Web faculty for some quick, inspirational words of advice and quotes from us to you all. Remember, we're in this together. You got this! Have an amazing start to your dance season!

XO, THE DANCE TEACHER WEB FAMILY

Julie Kay Stallcup -
“Get off the hamster wheel. Don't create more for your to do list and when you're done at work come home and enjoy your life. Self-care is the best care”

Jess Stafford-
Roll with it. One breath at a time. One step at a time. One day at a time. Flexibility. Improvisation. Ingenuity. Patience. Motivation. Energy. Creativity. Fun. Heart. This is what our dance students need most right now & lucky for us, that’s exactly what dance teachers are made of.”

Simone Depaolo-
"One of my favorites-Life isn't always about waiting for the storm to pass but learning how to dance in the rain.”

Steve Sirico-
“When we get through this extraordinary time and it's all behind us in our rearview mirror and a parent comes in to complain,  it won't seem so bad after all... You got this!“

Matthew Donnell-
“The dedication and self motivation I've seen dancers have during this difficult time of virtual training has inspired me as a teacher. I've been pleasantly surprised to see that many dancers are improving at an even greater rate. Zoom classes are essentially private lessons as the students don't have anyone else to focus on other than the teacher and themselves.”

Anegla D'Valda Sirico-
“Tough times don't last but tough people do! Dance teachers are fighters and we will get through this. Don't give up, dont' ever give up!“
