Ricky Hinds, a former student of DTW Founders D'Valda and Sirico, is currently the Associate Choreographer for "COME FROM AWAY" on Broadway and was Associate Director for "NEWSIES" on Broadway. His other Directing and Choreography credits include FAME, JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT, CABARET, THE SOUND OF MUSIC, ALL SHOOK UP 2011 DANCEBREAK. He has served as the Assistant/Associate on A CHRISTMAS STORY the musical, 9 TO 5, Disney's HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL (National/International Tours), PIPPIN with Deaf West, THE FIRST WIVES CLUB, the Off-Broadway production of FRANKENSTEIN, A WONDERFUL LIFE, and BROADWAY UNDER THE STARS. Upcoming credits include choreographing productions of LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS and HAIRSPRAY as well being the Associate Choreographer for ROCKY, the musical opening in Hamburg Germany.
